In my personal life, I am a mother, a golfer, and a lover of animals and the outdoors. I have lived in Durango for 25 years…. have seen it grow into the special community it is today.

As a full time Realtor, I take my business very seriously. My customers and clients can always feel secure that they will be purchasing their Home, or their Commercial property as an "investment". My knowledge of the Durango Real Estate Market has been gained through 18 years as a Durango Agent, working to stay informed, and visible. I advertise my listings extensively on the internet, as well as local papers, magazines, and national glossy real estate publications. I follow up and keep my buyers very well informed.

When I am working with customers, I take more of a consultation approach, trying to fit their needs and lifestyle with the appropriate area, whether it be a a particular school district, desires for privacy, part time residence, golfer, hiker, or "soccer mom".

Taking the business seriously does not have to exclude fun! I try my best to make the Real Estate search an enjoyable experience for my customers and clients.

My company maintains offices in Archuleta County in Pagosa Springs, in Montezuma County in Cortez, Co., North County office at Tamarron, as well as the exclusive offices at the Glacier Club Golf Community. For the most part, I have chosen to cover LaPlata County (this is all of Durango and Bayfield) because I feel that to branch out personally into other counties is a disservice to the customer. However, I have maintained active relationships with our agents in the Branch offices of Prudential, and can refer you to someone who knows their respective County regulations.
